Saving and Scheduling Reports

Once you’ve put together a report, you can save it to run again later. Not only that, you can also have TUNE generate a similar report for you on a regular basis.

Saving Reports

To save a report, first select data points, statistics, and filters as usual. After you click Run Report, a text field appears below the data table. Give your report a name in this field and click Save Report.

Saved reports can be loaded from the report pages. Saved reports are also included in the Reports & Links panel of the snapshot page for quick and easy access.

To delete a saved report, open the report and click Delete above the data table.

Scheduling Reports for Future Dates

You can set up scheduled reports to run the report at regular intervals or at a future date on your behalf. This feature is available only to enterprise accounts.

Tip: If you set up a custom SMTP server, a download link to your scheduled reports will also be sent to your email address when it runs.

In the Schedule section of a report page, select “in CSV” from the “Get results:” dropdown. Select the desired menu options and give the report a name. Once you are satisfied with the setup, click Schedule Report. You can see the progress of scheduled reports in Report > Scheduled Reports.

Viewing Scheduled Reports

To view all your scheduled reports, go to Reports > Scheduled Reports. This shows you each scheduled report that has been created and is active.

Each report shows the date of the last report generated, the next scheduled run, and options to modify the report. You can cancel the next scheduled run for a report by clicking Cancel in the “Next Scheduled Run” column.

To see the status of previously generated reports, click History. Here you can seethe status of the report, as well as their time frame and the date the report was run on.

Deleting & Modifying Scheduled Reports

To delete a scheduled report permanently, go to Reports > Scheduled Reports. Then in the row of your undesired report, click Delete.

To edit options, time frames, or schedule intervals, click Edit to go back to the report where you can make changes and save the report again.
