Advertiser management is available to users with the following roles:

  • Advertiser Manager
  • Advertiser Director
  • Financial Manager (can’t add new or update existing advertisers)
  • Administrator

About Advertisers in TUNE Pay

Advertisers in TUNE Pay must be assigned an account manager. An advertiser’s account manager receives notifications regarding the advertiser and can create invoices containing conversions for the advertiser. Employees with the advertiser manager role only see information for advertisers assigned to them.

Advertisers in TUNE Pay can have one of a few statuses:

  • Draft: Advertiser not yet created in TUNE and can’t be invoiced
  • Active: Advertiser created in TUNE and can be invoiced
  • Blocked: Advertiser’s conversions not synchronized with TUNE and can’t be invoiced

Tip: TUNE Pay automatically synchronizes advertiser information with TUNE platform.

Adding an Advertiser in TUNE Pay

To add an advertiser in TUNE Pay, go to Advertisers > Advertisers, then click + New Advertiser. On the page that appears, enter information about the advertiser’s business, and click Save when you’re finished.

For advertisers synchronized from TUNE, most information is automatically populated. But depending on your advertiser’s preferred payment method, other information may also be required before they can be invoiced.

Important: Advertisers must have at least one payment method set up to be invoiced via TUNE Pay.

Updating an Advertiser’s Payment Method

Advertiser payment methods contain information about advertiser’s legal entities and payment details inserted into their invoices in TUNE Pay. They include names, bank information, and the currency in which to invoice the advertiser.

Setting up multiple payment methods for an advertiser is useful in some common situations:

  • Being paid from different bank accounts of the same advertiser
  • Selecting different payment accounts each month when invoicing an advertiser
  • Allowing an advertiser to pay via more than one payment method or from more than one company

Tip: Only the primary payment method for an advertiser is synchronized with TUNE, but you may use any for invoicing.

Uploading Attachments to an Advertiser

It can be helpful to have a place for you and an advertiser to share documents like tax forms, agreement scans, and company cards. On an advertiser’s page, you can use the “Attachments” section to store and download those documents. Any employees who manage the advertiser account can upload and later access uploaded files for the advertiser.

TUNE Pay has the following restrictions for attachments:

  • File format: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, ZIP, PNG, JPG, GIF, or BMP
  • File size: Less than 20 MB
